Annual Household Charge

The Local Government (Household Charge) Act 2011 introduced a €100 annual Household Charge which is payable by owners of residential property. The charge applies to all residential properties including those properties that are liable to the €200 charge on Non-Principal residences.

€200 Property Tax – 2011 Payment
